Ran down to Prospect HS where I met Beck, Kristina and Tenaya for their Sunday morning 8 mile run. Those girls ran about 7:35 pace of that 8 miler! I hardly ever run that fast and I was worked. jogged back home with my tail between my legs, LOL.
