Ran in the first heat for those under 3minutes. I should have ran in the 2nd heat as Matt Kriege ran 2:52 and I would have had someone to run with there. In the first heat I was way behind the 2nd to last guy (Norrie) so much that we weren't even in the same race. I had to run that one on my own. Might have made sub-3 if I'd run the 2nd heat.
Still a good race for me.
