Drove over to Saratoga Library where I parked, ran to Douglas / Fruitvale as a warmup. Then did 4X(4min up Fruitvale, HARD; 3:30 back down Fruitvale, JOG). Was supposed to do 5X but it got dark on me and Fruitvale in the dark is a little scary as there are no shoulders on the road near the top by Highway 9 so it's dangerous. At the end of the 4th one I just turned around and hammered back down Fruitvale instead. This is a helluva hill workout.
