Went on a new route and just ended up meandering around work streets. Ran through a lot of thick, wet grass that gave way as you ran on it. Good for strength.

Bad news - I have a cold again. I wonder if the lower weight and all the training makes me more susceptible to getting sick? I've never gotten sick so many times in a year before.
