Ran this at probably 7/10 effort level. It didn't feel too bad at all until, of course, the final part up Allandale/Fruitvale. Encoiuraged though! Was humid and it felt that way.

GAP is Strava's Grade Adjusted Pace. They try to give you an estimate of what your pace would have been on flat ground. I like it as an indicator of your effort throughout the race on very hilly courses like this one. Shows I was pretty even throughout though my actual pace varied quite a bit.
