Not completely recovered as I still felt a little something in my quads from the work on the weekend. I started off too fast too hold for 4 miles and almost bailed at 1 mile but adjusted pace and kept going. Almost bailed again at 2 and again at 3 (man, I'm a wimp) but was able to push through each of those. Got the 4 done at least. Those underpasses weren't exactly fun - I counted 4 of them.
