Notes

Great workout. Set it up for intervals of 1:45 ON (low resistance, low incline, high stride rate) then 1:45 OFF (mid resistance, Hi incline, low stride rate).

Followed up with 15 X3 hi leg lifts. Unfortunately, cramped the shit out of my left calf. Now it's sore. Hopefully it'll heal up.
