Notes
Not a bad run but I got some real practice running on tired legs. I ran the first 4.36 miles at about 8:30 pace as warmup. This was from LTC up to 237 then along 237 until I got to the Guadalupe Trail. When I made the left onto the Guadaloop I dropped down to about 7:00 and held that pace or faster all the way to Hedding street (which is 6.36 miles away). So a comfortably hard effort for 6.36 miles. Then it was the streets all the way back home (about another 6.5miles) and let me tell you I was tired. But I made decent time getting this done.
