Felt creaky this morning. Also, for sure I can feel that neuroma on my right foot getting worse again. The PF and heel bursa on the left foot (injection foot) are still 100% recovered. It must have been that that neuroma between my toes caused me to change my foot strike, resulting in the PF. Now that the PF is gone I'm back to my old footstrike (more on my toes) and the neuroma is getting worse again. I already have a message in to the podiatrist to try to get that neuroma injected too. At this point, I'm very confident that would fix it.
