TEMPERATURE: 66-70

COMMENTS: The Ridge Road route is quite hilly for the area. There are at least 5 climbs on the loop. I ran the loop 3x. Then, I met with the team to run 2 miles about 45 minutes later. It was slow starting, but I think it was a good strength run. The 2 miles with the team ended up being a good warm down.
