COMMENTS: Two runs today. Morning run was an LSD for about 35 minutes...about 4 miles. Afternoon run was the traditional "move-up" with the entire camp. A small group of MS kids ran more afterwards with me. My total was about 6 miles...10 for the day. cool and humid in the morning. Near 90 degrees in the afternoon.
