COMMENTS: Beautiful morning. Cool and a nice breeze coming back in. It was an out and back run in a rural community. 37:32 out and 37:04 back in. I added a half mile at the end as a cool down. I was scheduled for 3 miles this morning, but missed yesterday. Trying to make up for missed miles.
