COMMENTS: Brutal...I'm trying Karl's "Krebs" workout. I wasn't going to go fast today anyway, but I did extend the distance from 14 to 17. It was very difficult in the last three miles to keep the heart rate under 133. There's something wrong with my heart sensor it took two miles of running for it to settle down. My max HR was 202! I never made any kind of effort like that today. It settled back in to the low 130s after 2 miles.
