This week, I quit after 2.5 M of the usual (0.5% incline, 7:30 m/M pace). AHR 141, 153, 159. HR was around 160 when I quit. I didn't have water after I started running, thinking that that may have made it tougher last week. This is about what I did 2 weeks ago. Not too good compared to before Bighorn.
