17 min run, 1 min walk, then 12 min run. At the 22 min mark I started getting the numbing sensation in the bottom of my right foot again, by 25 min it was definitely bothering me and at the 28 min mark I wanted to stop. But I ran with the sensation to the end of the block across from my house. Untied my shoes and walked the rest of the way. My pace was obviously too fast, but I feel if I go any slower I am walking. I don't know how to slow down without looking like a dumbass swinging my arms!
