Notes
Went into the day hoping for a real easy recovery run.. Didn't get it but it turned out to be a good run so I guess its all good. Ran long ass fun with Gabe, Duffty, Pete, Sully, and Todd. Pace was kinda all over the place but it turned into a fairly aggressive pace over the second half. Felt it in my legs quite a bit at points but overall I felt accomplished and got some confidence out of it. Always feels good to run faster and longer than anticipated.
