Awesomely tough run. First Bike/run of Tri training.. Did the 8.5 bike moderately easy but the hills and pickup spots still drained everything out of my quads. Got off the bike struggling to walk and had a 15 minute recovery while Matt got ready for the run. The first mile or so of the run my legs were screamingggg at me and the burn just kept getting worse and worse. Felt like I was on an elliptical pedaling as hard as I could and couldn't stop. The hill at the end was super rough but felt bomb. goood stuff!
