I'm still having problems with my left leg, but I'm not sure what the injury is. My best guess is that it's a lower hamstring injury. I was hoping that taking a day off and taking two light easy days would help, but it didn't. Since my main priority is to be healthy and in shape for the mini-marathon in May, I think I'm going to take the next week off and start building up slowly again (probably just hold 40 mpw for a few months). Of course, that may change if I'm feeling better later this week.
