Weight is coming off crazy fast lately. I've limited my carb intake and upped my fat intake (now like 70% of my calories), which is making the fat melt off. A nice side effect is that my pace has been increasing as well (by how much, I don't know, since I'm not currently wearing a watch). I got out the door at 6am and was back inside around 6:35-40. So I'm back to sub 8 min / mile.
