Notes

Strange run today. I strained my upper calf (or maybe lower hamstring?) a couple of days ago, so I started off a little tentative and slow. 1st mile was at 7 min pace. I then hit the 2 mile mark at just a little over 13:50, so I had picked it up just a little bit. But then, I really started to feel good and the pace progressed from there. My last 3 miles were at 6:30 per mile pace, with the last mile at 6 min. Afterwards I did 3 slow strides to keep the leg loose. Hopefully the strain is gone by tomorrow, but if not, I'll probably have to take a day off to rest it.
