Chaotic workout, somewhat unorganized, not feeling any real "point". Stroke felt all over the place, head position needs some consistency and work, catch is still solid, pull is lacking some power. (Maybe lifting/running has altered my body position a bit and that's causing a different position in the water?) Need to increase turnover a bit & emphasize the body roll - keep hips & shoulders together, head in-line. Some faster work might help? Or longer and faster? Dunno. Times are still decent, just feels a bit "off". The workout didn't help that feeling though...
