I should have warmed up, but I had to distribute the club's race packets. Had a great time running. Missed Dragon and Squeaky. :( I should carry my cellphone with me...if I ever get a modern one that isn't the size of a brick.
Did my long run afterwards. Ponytail soaked with sweat!
