Damn USA T & f measured course :) Garmin says 1.07 miles for a mile race. Ran like hell though, and at least beat Kate (which is killing her :D ) 2nd place in AG so I got a silver medal.
Nice.
I think I should think about a career as a coach as maybe you'd have hit my prediction of 6:55 on a track on the dot as you think this course was long by about .07 miles- about 100 meters (23-25 seconds for the 100 m)
