That may have been the toughest ever. The pain in my hip/glute turned sharper by mile 10, so I relented and took 800mg of ibuprofen. The sciatic burn persisted and my right knee barked, but I kept pushing. The pacers slipped away from me, but I squeaked out a bq and third place ag.
