Notes

A good/easy 12 mile cycle in a steady pace and working consistently up-hill but not hard. It was a beautiful day and felt I needed this cycle so much. I also feel that cycliing has helped me to maintain fitness levels for my running ...especially when running up-hill. Somehow the gap/lack of running over the last weeks has not been noticeable to my ability to run. This is all down to cycling which has greatly contributed to maintaining fitness levels and stamina.
