Notes

I felt relaxed in the water but tired at the same time. Legs had no strength to kick hard. Usually my legs and arms are the strong part of the body in the water. My Leg Kick was rather weak. I did more Back Stroke which relaxed my back and I felt good. I feel good that I have started swimming again as it helps me so much.
