Legs felt tight during first two miles (right leg more so than left). Gradaully felt better. Run fast 1X5 min at 3rd mile mark with 2 min recovery (this uphill). Felt strong, fast with good rythm and good control of breathing + maintained same speed. Second 5 min fast pace went also well (this being down hill). Third 5 min fast pace was really hard and seemed to slowed down a bit but managed to maintain good speed to the end. Then finished last 1 and 1/2 with a good steady strong pace.
