Notes

This was a very enjoyable run. Although started with experiencing complains down right leg possibly stemming from the lower back (back sensitive over last week) it gradually went away and allowed me to focus on my run. 15 min. stretches prior to running and another 15 min stretches after the run. Worked hard and fast up hills in particular at the last 2 second miles of the course. Great finish and feeling strong.
