Notes

First mile up-hill felt good and light but kept a strong/easy pace. Next mile was mainly down hill and on flat surface running an easy pace but buiding up. At that point started doing Faltlek for the reminder of the course (every 150 metres with recovery in between). Felt great and build up speed as I went on with a strong finish. Worked very hard indeed and felt less tired today. Finished with a marvellous workout in the Pool which was very relaxing.
