Notes

All the weathers in today's run plus numbness on the right leg and creeping up to the gluts. I know that 2 days ago I bent suddenly while hoovering and created a little problem on the right side of lower back. This combined with CS made my run tough today. I was pleased to be able to return home without major problems whilst taking the slight risk extending the miles a little bit.

So, between avoiding the floods on the road (still got soaked feet), battling against numbness and freezing weather and enjoying the freedom of running in the wilds and listening and observing so much water in various forms around me I can say that no matter the obstacles I run and run and loved it once again.

I was thinking of YK exceeding tactics and nothing was difficult any more so I run problem free for last mile wondering how on earth my legs allowed me to forget the body prob.

There is always a way to battle the odds and there is always a pace and a way to run which comes with knowing how far to push and when to hold back. This balance of trial and error still allows me to manager my daily running affairs. I am so lucky to have that ......... The Knowing of my physical body and learn to rely on it and how to manage without causing damage.

So, today I worked for this run and in the end it was a positive experience.
