Notes

A very easy 6 mile run (3 miles of the Buckland course and the same way back). If I can do an easy/comfortable mile run then I feel I can do the Marathon thereafter. It is so...so peculiar after the 5 miles my body wants/desires to start proper running. I did feel extending the course to maybe 8 to 9 miles but I decided to be sensible and not greedy till a build up again distance and strength. So, I did take it easy and enjoyed my run. Running (Thank God) becomes better with the miles. So, this is very hopeful still for me. It is my first time since beginning of May this year that I am able to hit the nearly 30 mile point in 3 runs and still another day tomorrow. So, I am expecting to run at least a 35 mile this week. I am over the moon but I know that the next 3 weeks will very much determine My Marathon plans. I am so greatful and I will keep going.
