Notes

15 min stretching warm up prior to the run. Did Beeches course but opposite direction to the presented map. Good Run. Felt strong and light on feet. Legs felt great at all times up or down hill. This has been one of my best weeks so far with regards to how body responds. Breathing also good. Run easy but following own instinct (thanks Reno) throughout the course. Run slightly faster last 2 to 3 miles. 15 min warm down after the run with legs feeling great. I am very pleased.
