Notes
An easy recovery run since my 20.3 mile run with Franc on Wednesday. Started with a very easy/slow pace for first two miles and picked up pace for the reminder of the course working hard for last two miles. Very enjoyable. Lower back felt a bit sensitive with a slight tightness on right leg/hamstring but nothing of concern. Hoping to do a longer run on Mon (approx. 9 mile) but starting to reduce workouts in distance approaching to the Marathon Day.
