Notes

A beautiful swim alternating Front Crawl with Back Stroke. I swim a lot better again and with less effort. So, it comes natural and easy and allows me to stretch the body and in particular the back and shoulders. My back has been really fragile from all the travelling, sitting for hours in a place, driving and pulling and lifting suitcases. Now it is coming all out but maintaining body stretching will keep back supple and hopefully I will be able to go back to normal soon. For the time being I aiming to do only easy workouts till I feel strong again for faster runs. I need however to go back to Stretching in the mornings as I had done for years.
