Every day I did approximately 500 metres swim in the water mainly Front Crawl. Beautiful to swim in crystal, salty, clear waters in the sun. The whole beach was ours as the Old Stoupa that I used to know. It is imperative that I absorb all these energies here and take them with me to last for another year till I return again. How lucky I am to have found The First Light in this beautiful and special village of Stoupa.
