Notes
A nice gentle swim in the hotel pool prior to flying and after a very tiring but also excitingly emotional day in more than one ways. Felt very relaxed and happy swimming with Evgenia again and watching her gliding in the water. Mr first swim in ages but I was able to maintain lengths and a good form/style without putting too much effort.
