Notes

Felt a lot stronger in today's swim. 25 lengths alternating Back Stroke with Front Crawl. Although it was lunch time rush I did enjoy the workout and felt that my body got the benefit out of it. Good stretching and extension of the body in particular the back. It was worth missing out my lunch so I was very hungry later on at work.
