Not an easy run. A little bit surprised as I had my session with Blair today just before my run. Tightness on both legs all the way around. Kept an easy pace but run strong as much as I could. It was one of those days I am afraid. I am glad today was not the day of the Marathon. Happy that is all done. And looking forward now to see Franc and run our beautiful long run together up on the Scottish hills. This will be a new course for both of us to run first time and it is one of the most wonderful in the are if not the best of all.. It is a tough one so we might have to adjust to the distance accordingly. Getting excited already!!!!
