Notes
My first run in Castle Douglas. It all went well although the first 3 miles were a bit boring due to the flat course but thereafter became more interesting (slightly up-hill with nice views) and motivating. The main thing is that I managed to do my first run after my move to CD just yesterday and so to keep the distance work.
