I did this cycle accompanying Frankie to his training for the Dumfries Half. This is a tough hilly course so much so more than had anticipated. Franc did really well on training and looked good all the way but he was also consistent up and down hills. It was an excellent training day for him and a tough one for me having had my 6 miler prior to this. It will be good for my fitness and cardio. A great 18 miler.
