Notes

This was a beautiful swim alternating Back Stroke to Front Crawl. Nice, easy, relaxing workout in the water. It feels so good stretching the body in the water and extend the back muscles at the same time. Something that unfortunately running cannot offer for the back. My back loves swimming. Also it compliments my running as I do work hard with leg kick in the water. It is safe and less risk for injuries as the body weight is minimal. The bonus tonight was that I had a whole lane to myself so did not have to worry about other swimmers around me. I felt extremely relaxed although I was feeling today the side effects of yersterday's tough run. The swim made up tonight as it allowed my body to feel supple again and flexible. So, this was part of my recovery.
