A Rest Day from Running replaced by a Beautiful swim. Still I have not lost the art of swimming and relaxing in the water. I alternated Front Crawl with Back Stroke and also did some Leg kick only lengths of the 25 mt pool just to strengthen leg muscles. This is a good workout on the day that I take a break from running. I will try to keep it up along hopefully with my stretching in the mornings. Great feeling to be in the water again.
