Notes
This was a very productive workout. Run 4X 1/2 mile and average of 3.40 pace (1st 1/2 mile in 3:20. 2nd in 3:40, 3rd in 3:35 and 4th in 3:45. Legs felt heavy during the last 2 miles but in good working order. Slight twinges on right side of lower back during 2nd 1/2 mile but nothing of concern. Finished with good 15 min warm down stretching exercises.
