Running on a Sun morning, it means that I am coaching the kids at the Kid's Park Run in Dumfries, on the move. One also learns so much by observing how easy it looks and flawless it is when children run. Effortless!!! Some of them are no more than 5 yrs old. And you only need to give them a wee prompt and they speed naturally and effortlessly. A very icy, chilly but sunny morning.
