Notes

Did a hard cycle around the KIRKCUDBRIGHT HALF MARATHON course (all but one mile). Legs felt good. Worked hard up-hill and on the flat. I did good stretching thereafter for 15 min. Legs still feel extremely tight even when walking around in particular at AM hours.
