Good cycle up long steep hills around the countryside. Body copes better now with cycliing as it getting used to the action. So, I find it easier to work harder up-hills and a lot faster. Legs felt fine although I did become aware a little bit of the tightness on lower parts (soleus muscle) but no pain whatsoever. Cycling will keep me going for a while now and hopefully soon I will be able to have a long run again.
