Notes

Walked in a brisk pace first 1and 3/4 miles and then run the rest of the course (3 and 1/4 miles). Felt good but took it easy as back had bothered me slightly the day before. I was pleasantly surprised that did not hurt and allowed me to enjoy my run. I needed this run so much on this day. So, for a while I will try to maintain an easy pace and run no longer than 3 to 3.5 miles till feeling strong again.
