Notes

Again a nice Monday swim. Body now is accuustomed to this weekly swim action and feels good in the water. It is the right day of the week to swim as it follows the hard runs of the weekend and body stretching is so important. Also in the water I get the chance to feel the whole body in terms of its strength, I can feels the ackes and pains if any in a safe way. Also the legs because of the Leg Kick workouts. So, in a way it guides me. I always feel great after my swim. It is always a bonus when they are not as many kids in the Pool as I can relax more and focus on the strokes rather than who is going to bump on my back.
