Notes

This was a fast run after the 1st mile especially up-hills run really..really fast. I made it my goal today that every hill I would increase speed to maximum. So I did so at several parts of the course but especially at the 3/4 mile up steep hill at 4th point mile. I felt great but my breathing near at the end was all over the place. I had not run this hard for a long time.... I Loved the feeling and it was such a beutiful sunny day too. Maybe this will be my last hard workout before the race on Sunday or possibly have a run with strides on Thurs. and this will be it.
