Tough run but nice that still be able to do it as I need it so much at the present time. Ran around the coast area of Carrick. Beautiful scenes in the hot sun. Legs struggled but managed to do the full round. I do know now that legs will be hurting tomorrow as this has been the experience of the recent weeks. Not known yet what is clearly causing this to happen. At the moment I do know that 2 runs in the week will be the maximum I can do anything more would be considered as a bonus.
